Ordering

What is the order process?

We will send you an official quote for your review and approval via email. Once the quote is approved, we will then send it to you for electronic signature via Adobe Sign. Once the quote is signed, we will begin work on the art mock ups for your review, approval and signature as well. We also require a 50% deposit to begin the custom cut & sew and garment dye of your order. The balance due invoice will be sent about 4-5 business days bfore your order ships.

What is Production Time?

Our production times vary per garment. For basic tees, our production time can be anywhere from 3.5-4 weeks.

For basic fleece, our production time can be anywhere from 4-5 weeks. For fully customized fleece, or other garments that require custom cut & sew, and special treatments will take anywhere from 6-8 weeks total.

Rush orders can sometimes be accommodated depending on art and garment selection. Please email us: info@goldengoodsusa.com with any rush order request details.

What are artwork requirements?

Adobe Illustrator vector artwork is preferred.

  • Please save as a PDF, EPS or AI file.
  • Please convert all text to outlines.
  • Virtual Mockups of Add-On Techniques: Free
  • Custom Creative Design or Illustration: $130 per hour

 

Will you design my garments?

We offer award-winning design and illustration services for $130 per hour. Please email us: info@goldengoodsusa.com to organize.

Do you have garment samples available?

How do you create a custom color fabric?

If you want to dye your garments a custom PMS Pantone color, we send you a lad dip of your exact color selection, sometimes in a couple of shades to choose from. The lab dip is done on a small piece of our jersey cotton fabric and will be an accurate representation of what you will receive from us once your production order delivers.


Shipping

How do you ship orders?

We will request that you provide us with your UPS or FedEx shipping account number for shipping all goods. If you do not have an account, we will use our UPS account and shipping costs will be billed back accordingly.
